 Documents needed to purchase a home

  • Copy Of Driver’s License
  • 1 Month Pay Stubs (1099′s if self-employed)
  • 2 Months Bank Statements for Checking and Savings Accounts (“All” Pages of the account will be required by the investors)
  • Most Recent Statement on your 401K, IRA, Stocks, Etc. (Those that apply)
  • W-2′s for 2012, 2011 and 2010 (1099′s if self-employed)
  • Complete Tax Returns for 2012 and 2011 (if 2012′s have not been filed yet, please provide 2011 and 2010)
  • If there is an existing property that will be maintained in addition to this purchase the following items will be needed: Current mortgage coupon, current homeowner’s insurance dec page (for condo: current HOA coupon), current property tax bill
